SVCC unknown sprite

out of the boredom i tried converting sum old hacks from SVCC of now-defunct-NRX into CWcheat MVSPSP emu on PSP. accidentally i came across this strange looking sprite out of shin karate while i were playin with powerbar hack. follow snapshot:

can any1 identify this?

looks like one of the bullshit Zero's helpers.

sometimes i play SVC too, for a few minutes. Then i think, what if this game was any good?
