Princess Princess is just plain fun, with some WTF mixed in.

Ironic how the three "Princesses" may be the least homosexual guys in the entire school.

I'd like to reccommend Pani Poni Dash!, if only for it's WTF humor (which starts to get weirder after the 1st 4 eps) and 50 million anime/game/movie/Japanese/Western culture references. A summary of this might be Excel Saga + Azumanga Daioh + aliens, animals and those aforementioned refrences (that could pop in the oddest of moments or places). Not too deep - but entertaining, retarded, time-wasting comedy filler.
