I tend to download entire series without watching them...

I have Blood+,Shakugan no Shana,FAte stay nite,Trinity blood... can anyone comment on those?

I Blood+

Like many anime, the story get to start around ep 10 or something. Apparently, there are still 25 more eps to come.

Shakugan no Shana

Good start, middle part is filler with Shana going emo, then the ending get better.

FAte stay nite

Like Blood +, it takes a while before the story start to move. Because of its origin as visual novel game, many have been turned off by its "lol harem anime" setup, but its backstory, characters (like Archer) all makes it better than it looks at the first glance. It is a nice twist on the "people with special powers and special assists fights for kickass artifact of doom" theme.

Trinity blood... can anyone comment on those?

Mediocre... Honestly.

Another recommendation is Berserk. First watch the anime then READ THE MANGA!

Trinity Blood starts crappy, gets good and ends super-crappy.
Shana starts good, gets weird and ends ok. Evidently there's a movie coming soon.
Blood+ is slow. Not bad, but slow. It's still going right now so I can't say much more.

Well, shonen is not really my thing unless there are swords, schoolgirls, vampires/demons. Guns, nuns and shady america-jin being optionnal.

thanks btw Shebs... any comment on Basilisk? I heard many contrasting comment on it. it looks great and the intro/ending songs also rock hard.
