Sheba as teacher working with young offenders = dupk fail

now, not to be the devil's advocate, but what is interesting is due to not being able to bring up the woman's sexual history (eg: she might have slept with half the people at the party already) or even her actions that night (eg: flirting with the offender) what kind of questions do you think they were going to ask the woman while watching the video? What could they have possibly used against her?

they're probably hoping that she doesn't testify. not a lost hope either.

Her sexual history and actions shouldn't be relevant. Even if she already slept with half the guys there, even if she was flirting with the offender beforehand, that doesn't make the crime any less serious. There's always the dominant mentality that she "was asking for it," and it sickens me.

At least the judge relented. Probably got too much hate mail...
