One is the outbound, the other is the return and the last is the receipt.

The outbound train takes you to Waterloo. You need to take a connecting train.  You have to change at Waterloo.

At the station

a) Ask a stranger for help to find a place to buy a ticket.

(you find the ticket machine but it is broken so you go to the kiosk.)

At the kiosk

b) offer to help the next customer
