KOF XIII Console Release Guesstimating Prediction Contest

Here is something to bide time before Atlus/SNKP throws more info into the public. I'm holding a contest where the winner gets more internet fame from ON (which is...minimal, probably)!
For this contest, you will need to place your guesses for the console version of KOF XIII on the below questions. Each forum member can only make ONE entry, and I'll edit the next post as I go.
So, let's give this a whirl, shall we?
Q1. What will be the six modes in KOF XIII's console release from Atlus' presser?
Q2. What is going to be the FIRST DLC for KOF XIII's console release (chronologically speaking)?
Q3. Which characters will be added as DLC or extra characters in the console release? List up to three. You can say none, though.
So there you have it. You get a point for each part you guessed correctly, so there's 10 points in total up for grabs (question 1 has 6, 2 has 1, and 3 has 3 points). The winner is the one with the most points, and if there's a tie, the guy who posted his/her/its answer earlier wins. Simple as that.
Random clarifications that you may want to read:
For 1, you can count on slight variations as two modes, eg. "team arcade" and "team versus". I don't need the exact wordings, give us the general idea. And Options isn't a mode.
For 2, we're only counting this chronologically ie which one appears first. Eg. PS3 has a DLC #2 first, but Xbox has DLC #1 announced earlier, but is released later. The PS3 DLC #2 wins. Obviously if both are released on the same day, you get points for guessing either. We are taking the US release date as the standard as well, so don't scream at me when one of them gets released in Japan first.
For 3, if you list more than 3, I'll SHEN WOO PUNCH you and assume the first 3 guys you wrote are it. If you're writing a team (eg. American sports team), that's fine. I'll count that as 3 characters under the generally perceived team buildup, so it'd help if you list them out just in case. Obviously, if only 2 of them shows up, you get 2 points. If you list none, and indeed there's no new character, you get 3 points. Bosses don't count. Also any new characters announced after 2011 ends are disqualified, DLC characters announced before then are okay.
For 1 and 3, if you list less than the ones required, I'll just assume you're going to forfeit on the missing ones.
And yes, I have the final say if some disputes happen in your entry. Because I am awsum. I'll have a for-fun entry myself, but I can't win the contest.
Contest ends in the end of June! We still have time. Anything after June is accepted but comes with a 4 point penalty. Rawr.
I'll be keeping the results in this thread until the end of the year, so the contest is really, really long. Yeah. I'll announce the winner when either the winner has a clear cut advantage or when the game releases, which is hopefully in October.
