fwd .A is not an over head, but it links from light attacks, giving you a quick and easy combo into either super. Plus now his HSKK properly combos, making it much more useful than before. Oh, and fwd .B can cancel into fwd .A.

Also I believe f+B hits low even if you combo into it (which is a bit odd considering the normal rules for command moves used in combos).

But most lows are usually kept lows no matter what (think Kyo df .D , or the sliding moves). Ramon is the only exception I can think fromt he top of my head, but that's probably because SNK didn't want to give him too much of a bitching pressure from his cancel step).

D'oh, you're right of course. That rule only seems to apply to overheads. Never mind :P
