Andy palette 9 is supposedly modeled after Goku. Too bad they dropped that Dai Maoh green skin palette that he had in the beta. They also seem to have dropped his EX Andy palette (white hair and blue suit with dark skin).

Hwa Jai palette 4 is modeled after Joe, palette 2 is supposedly modeled after Adon

So pissed coz I went to my local Kinokuniya and tried ordering the Mook. At first they thought it should be fine but they called me last Monday saying they don't ship outside of Japan, WTF?

Update 08-18-10: This is interesting, Kinokuniya today called me unexpectedly, saying the mook arrived. How rare does that happen seriously? =)

I placed an order for the September issue of Arcadia at Kinokuniya. I may want to consider getting the mook as I'm really tempted to write a guide for XIII, even if there's a good chance this won't be available in local arcades.

Dammit, I bought a copy of the mook and Arcadia September... and I can barely read Japanese to begin with. Not to mention the game isn't even available here! I'm still trying to make sense of the data though. Stumbled onto something of interest for Clark: the damage values listed for his Flashing Elbow finisher are 35/80. If I read it right, it means they should be for the A/C versions. That's a pretty huge gap in damage between button versions. Anyone who has the mook (physical or otherwise *cough, cough*) care to elaborate?
