Producer Yamamoto says: Both supers expending 2 meters have become more powerful. Both make Kula invincible and are good for interrupting opponents or as anti-airs. Her use of meter has increased, so she has become a character that will test meter management skills. It may be fun using the wire damage on counter hit on her EX counter shell.

So no real noticeable changes from her UM version, right? I think her air Blowback animation is different. Kinda looks like O. Shermie's Shajitsu no Odori(in air QCB+ .B or .D ) instead of just an air Stand.

Another Bump.

Kula's new .C .D doesn't seem too useful on its own. It's her Critical Ice ( df + .C) animation, but instead of a retractable ice stream, she hits you with an ice ball palm strike. Her Guard Cancel Blow Back is the same high kick it was in other games.

Combo found in Tougeki Video:
Kula in corner .C(2 hits) -> QCB+ .B ~ fwd+ .D -> DP+ .C(1 hit) -> DC QCB+ .B .D(1 hit) ~ fwd+ .D -> QCB+ .D -> QCB+ .B ~ fwd+ .B -> DP+ .C
Takes 1 power stock and half hyper meter. With 2 stocks and a whole hyper meter you can cancel Crow Bites into Diamond Edge.

Freeze Execution ( HCB x 2 .A / .C ) definitely takes 2 stock to perform, even though it's mistakenly published on SNKP's movelist as a normal DM.

After a blocked close .C , *do not* do QCB .B . Regardless of whether you do a follow-up or not, you can be punished by moves with some invincibility e.g. Kyo's DP .C . Just do qcf .A instead.
