Yeah, I started a character thread for a confirmed character in KoFXIII.
Movelist
normal move notes
Still hideously long range on her far standing
Sweep is still cancellable
command moves - hip attack/ bum bumper/ whatever the hell you want to call it (air) - raijin kyaku, some kind of new dive kick that looks like Sakura's from CvS2
special moves - non-projectile koohken, recovery looks good, EX version has more range (ground) - raioken, normal is '95 fireball version, EX is '96 jump forward overhead version (air) - air raioken, does not halt her jump motion, EX throws out two fireballs, essentially Akuma air fb - saiha, not sure what properties this one has, EX version is faster and more damaging? - hundred-slaps running throw, EX version is faster and goes farther, also hits in the air (air throw property?) - Chou upper, looks like you'd expect; good for combos, EX version does a lot more hits + - Houyoku, essentially Akuma's demon flip, a special jump where she can do raijin kyaku, attack, or throw.
DMs - haohsho DM, looks big and fairly fast? - kyaku DM, EX version goes through projectiles? or maybe just plain invincible? - Neo MAX, Yuri channels her inner DBZ to form a sizable genkidama
Console Changes
*The distance travelled on her as well as the angle of descent has been adjusted
*Her air throw coming off of .K has special follow up properties
(special follow up properties –ie- versus normal situations where an opponents in an air status that cannot be followed up on with subsequent attacks)
-s.B is faster
*j.A can be cancelled with her dive kick
-Movement limits on Yuri’s dive kick have been relaxed
*Her .B is now a 1 frame cmd throw
-The invincibility after attack frames on EX .K has been shortened
-Recovery on haoh-shokoken improved
Producer Yamamoto says: Depending on which buttons get pressed on .K, a 1 frame throw, a running throw, an invincible attack, the properties of the move change dramatically so it will be necessary to use the variations according to the situation. This will be a versatile weapon in her arsenal so please give the move a try in depth. The real spectacle here is her air throw from .K which is now a hit-anything move. Try racking up on damage in various situations!
Saiha and hundred slaps moves are in, uppercut seems to be gone.

interesting tatics with Yuri.. seems like they mixed a few moves from her 94 in with 96(mainly her projectile) movesets.

There is a move that I don't recognize in her official site move list (tap B or D). And it's not 百烈びんた

That's her Hundred Slaps move. (It reads Hyakuretsu Binta)

Er, no it isn't. 'Hyakuretsu Binta' is written the way Toxic Avanger posted it, and that's not the move name next to the command.
I translated the kanji and it's read 'Yuri Gen'ei Kyaku'. Sound familiar? :)

Kah-, so obvious it hurts. <- didn't realize it.
I remember seeing her Hou'ou kyaku (94 DM) being comboed from weak attacks.
I hope that they remove the her ability to cancel her far standing B, otherwise the character is just going to be played with one button, and it's going to be the light kick. Same goes for Mai.

Apologies for the mistake, Yuri Gen'ei Kyaku... Possibly her own version of Robert's Spam Kick attack (except it's mash like Chun-li's rather than f,b,f + K)...

Interesting, I guess it wasn't in the demo since I'm pretty sure someone would have seen it by accident with all that B mashing.
I updated the first post with officially-confirmed moves. Anyone seen hip attack anywhere?

Yes, her old overhead sexy pelvis attack is in one of the early demo vids that I posted in the cafe.. I think, har har. Her air CD is a hip attack too, but looks really different from the original version.
EDIT:
(invokes Perseus voice from God of War 2) IT'S OVER HERE!!!!!! In round 4.
Also, I don't really think that the moves where locked, it's just that their sequence was so odd, that since they weren't in the sheet, people wouldn't look for them ( , for Ash? never would have thought of it).

+A/C is back, shown here. But i dont think the follow up is tho
In case nobody noticed, that Yuri Gen'ei Kyaku is replaced by Chou Upper on the official site. So I guess it was just joke filler?

Some updates made based on this:
Jump to 1:45 for a glimpse of the new "demon flip" move.

It juggles the enemy enough for you to add another attack, albeit is extremely difficult to do so outside the corner.
- hundred-slaps running throw, EX version is faster and goes farther, also hits in the air (air throw property?)
No, it's more like : Normal version is post 98' binta, it's a running throw that needs to be jumped in order to escape. EX is 95' ~ 96' binta, needs to be blocked and can't be jumped.
Blog confirmed a new move called "houyoku" that is essentially Akuma's demon flip, a special jump where she can do raijin kyaku, attack, or throw. Unknown command, also unknown whether or not it does a sweep if nothing is pressed. EX version lets it juggle off things you normally can't, I guess?
The movesequence is + or (it's in the PDF ) (Fenix wing? I should get glasses or something, it's just too small for me).
