Why is the logo green? No purple, no red.... now what does that represent, do you think?

I guess it represents Ash wielding both the powers of Chizuru and Iori?

But it's mostly blue with green tips. Green is Ash, we all know that. But who had blue fire? The only character I can think of is Orochi Chris.

Hey Gun... I heard you paid off the dev team to make yourself the boss in this one. Is that true???!

Yes, and I am cheaper than Omegal Orochi God Rugal on crack!
I hope final fantasy fans get confused.
I believe the use of the Star Trek font is because Leonard Nimoy is the narrator. And because they couldn't use the Spiderman font.
It's green and blue because red (kyo)+ purple(iori) = blue and Ash is green + mixing all colours to get a super coloured flame reflected in the Yata mirror.
In this story, Ash will take Kyo's power, but then Kensou will save him by sucking the psycho power out of Bao's ass.
Duo Lon will crumble into bones, just like Long in his intro, but unlike Long, he will actually just die.
Shen will be overpowered.
Ralf will have a new, totally useless move.
Athena's voice will break and all the perverts will realise they have been masturbating over a cross dressing boy all these years. They won't mind.
Did I mention crack? LOTS OF IT. THE HYPE HAS BEGUN. ONE MONTH TILL MARCH 25th, Iori's birthday and the first glimpse of XIII!!!

Unless SSF4 gets announced in the Arcades. This is the Fighter's Hype in the arcades... for now...
The blue tint in the logo might either be Ash slowly gains the power of the Orochi-tainted Magatama or a new rival for Ash (a third party more likely to Ash and Lisa). Like Chizuru to Kyo and Iori, K...um...Nameless to K' and Kula.
However, if SSF4 gets released in the arcades, Hype is stolen.

didn't they say SSF won't be released in arcades?

For now, but they are "considering" it, if there are enough demand in Japan (For a Hardcore SNK fan, they just pray that there are not enough Japanese demand for SSF4 in the arcades).
I just hope SNKP learned their lessons and XIII would be 200% more superior than XII or it's...

I can only wonder how much material from XII is going to get recycled.
LITERALLY.

I predict and hope that K Dash becomes a relevant part of the storyline again. Seriously, he becomes such a throwaway character after the NESTS saga. Comparatively at least.

2 Days left...
Will Raiden get a new voice since his XII one is "No Longer With Us"? Who will Mitsuhiro Ichiki voice? Who will be the new faces? Who will Return? Is Mature really alive in canon and she only lose an eye when Iori went Orochi in '96? Is Vice alive as well? Will we see Mai in XIII after being left out in XI? Who will reprise as Mai, Ami Koshimizu or Akoya Sogi? Will the Critical Counter Stay? How about Clash or Guard Attack? Will this be meatier than XII?
I guess we'll have to find out in Thursday...
For me, It'll be LOL if Mitsuhiro Ichiki is Raiden's new Seiyuu for XIII.

It's easy to read that Daisuke Gori was more or less selected due to his involvement in Kinnikuman (having voiced 3 very cool characters).... If they do change his voice, I suppose that a natural thing to do would be cast another wrestling involved seiyuu for the part.
It seems that SF 4 did more or less "bad" for capcom standards in the arcades (It's within the top 10 games, but Melty Blood outclassed it by far, Gundam vs Gundam did so as well). Also, I noticed that '02 um actually somehow managed to place itself in the top 10 arcade games (the last time I checked, it wasn't there); so at least something good happened to SNK in '09. (the list was in arcadia magazine hp, somewhere.... I think).
I have mixed feelings with XIII... At least if it bombs and has an storyline, at least there is the chance that the next UM type of dream match will have a ridiculously huge amount of characters, if snk is alive and well by that time.
