To answer your question, however, while there are all sorts of questions that can be asked about your relevant social position and the intended reciever`s position, I`m to go with assuming you`re saying this to a friend, and as such, the following should suffice:

hayaku genki ni natte kudasai

which translates almost literally to `Please get well soon`
