I see your point with regards to slang usage versus classical, safe usage. As I first said above in my reply to 1718's question, however, maido ari is the most natural way to say it that comes to (my) mind. That is to say, if I were ever found myself in the situation of wanting to say "thanks for everything friend" to a friend of mine who speaks Japanese, *I* would most likely say "Maido ari~".

It might be presumptuous of me to assume the same factors that cause me to say "Maido ari~" (e.g. me being a dumb-ass foreign kid who doesn't know that much Japanese and talks mainly to college-age friends in Tokyo) as opposed to, say, "itsumo arigatou", hold for 1718's position as well. If that's the case, I'd apologise, but I was trying to give a phrase that would convey what he wanted to say in a friendly, casual, easygoing manner.

Whoops, sorry, totally forgot about this.

Anyway:

ピアノ協奏曲第1番
piano kyousoukyoku dai ichiban

The hard part is of course:
”蠍火”

This is by no means a standard word - it just seems like a forced compound of the words for "Scorpion" and "Fire". My best guest for this would be "Sasori-bi". Other likely possibilities would likely be some combination of "Sasori" or "Katsu" for the first kanji and "Bi" or "Ka" for the 2nd kanji.

Really the only choices you have are either katsuka or sasoribi because kanji compounds don't mix up the on and kun readings. I don't think one is any more acceptable than the other since this is pretty much a made-up compound used as a song title, but by default I think you're supposed to use the on reading if there's no furigana, which would make it katsuka.

D'OH!

http://www.konami.jp/am/bm2dx/bm2dx11/s ... oribi.html

Didn't see the name of the URL carefully, on how many times I've visited the page. It's Sasoribi, alright.

Well, thanks for the help anyway, guys. Appreciated.

Well, it's grammatically strange but it seems to be saying
[He is] cute and interesting isn't he

I say grammatically strange because I don't think you can use "to" to connect two adjectives, but I guess you could consider this two implied nouns.

Gojira is right, grammatically that makes no sense. A more natural way to say it is kawaikute omoshiroi desu ne~

For the first part:

Shinpai shinaide, kare wa kimi wo okoraseta tsumori ga nai to omoimasu.

As for the meaning of the other ones, uh, this is blatantly bizarre but:
"Excuse me, who is he? Me?
If so... I am sorry, the monkey also falls from the tree

re. cute interesting is it... I'd say.. not always... but.. different strokes for different folks.."

Just what is this anyway?

what does "Dare desu ka? Hi-mi-tsu." means?
"Who is it? It's a secret."

As for the text:

"Well, let's meet again in a bit."
At least I think that's the implied meaning...
*sucks at colloquial Japanese*
