Kick out some fireballs!

- Overhead unless cancelled into
- Avoids low attacks

df .D : Sliding
- Not cancellable regardless if cancelled into or not
- Hits low regardless if cancelled into or not

= Special Moves =
qcf .B : Venom Strike
- One projectile

qcf .D : Double Strike
- Surprise...two projectiles!

HCB .P : Mirage Kick
- Super cancellable

Close HCF .P : Mirage Dance
- Grab move, only comes out if in range and will hit opponent
- Unblockable move

HCB .K : Tornado Kick '95
- B version is 1 hit, D version has 2 hits

= Desperation Moves =
qcf qcf .K : Surprise Rose
- Invincibility on startup
- B version goes halfscreen, D version goes 3/4ths of fullscreen
- If this move is done as anti-air, the falling down part may not connect (unlike 98UM)
