I was screwing around with Angel in KoF 2002 the other day and couldn't figure out what the hell her Oumagatoki (BCD or b/f BCD) circle combo finisher does. I think I did it a couple times (she just spins) but I was never close enough to actually hit anyone.
Anybody know what this move is supposed to do?

Think of the BCD UC move this way: by itself, it's an entirely new UC special move. It has its own animation but instead of chaining to other UC chain moves, it can only be followed up with her UC finisher moves. You can't connect it in a standard combo, but it is a useful move to mixup her UC finishers because it is invulnerable."
