Raiden (XII)

Talk about the wrestler whom nobody wanted here.

- It looks like his Dokugiri/Poision Breath (QCB + A/C) and his Shoulder Tackle (charge db, then f + A/C) are back. (A) Dokugiri is pretty fast.
- He has a new anti-air throw (DP + A/C) while his command throw (HCB,F + C) seems to be different from any of his older incarnations - if that's the throw done in the Gametrailers video with him against Terry.
- Jump C body splash has decent priority.
- His super might be new, but I think it might be inspired from his Berzerker Trident (360 + BC) S-Power from FF: Wild Ambition.

It would be nice if one of his colour palettes gave him his Big Bear look as well.

Due to his overly large hitbox, his j.D is the second best crossup in the game. Crossup j.D is stupidly easy to connect which you can follow up with (d.B, d.A)/s.D (which hits low!), hcf+K. HCF+K does a lot of damage; j.D, s.D, hcf+K does more than 33% so 3 in a row will kill ya and due to the crossup, happens quite often (at least around here).

Raiden's s.C is his CC initiator and once again due to the hitbox is really easy to get hit by --> a couple of s.C and d.Cs in CC followed by s.D, into hcbx2+P DM (hcb+D, hcb+P shortcut still works) hurts like a biatch.

His extra normal is f+C and is pretty good as well. All of his specials are real useful especially his dp+P which basically grabs vertically (not really, but close enough).
