In more of the advertisement of The King of Fighters XII, SNK-P announced two other plays under development on Taito Type-X2: new Samurai Shodown but obviously all in 3d, and a version arcade of the kof3d left has the base on console: The King of Fighters Maximum Impact: Alternative. Plays announced in arcade for 2007.
AM Show has just opened, and SNK-P has just announced The King of Fighters XII! Finished the atomiswave, the play will leave on Taito Type-X2. This KOF XII, we saw only the logo posted on a large screen. More information perhaps in the course of the day.

If they can learn from their past mistakes, I am all for it. As long as it is Yuki and not Falcoon that is in charge, that is.

PS: I'd be more than happy to see Shiki, Asura and the Warrior Rage characters in it. I mean, the games they were in did not do justice to their concepts and designs.

Hmm, it looks like MI Alternative is the arcade version of MI2 that was rumored earlier.

But the news of a new 3D SS (which will hopefully work this time) and XII are excellent.

Wow...they moved to Taito's Type-X? Isn't that the board that runs on Windows XP? :O

In any case, very interesting news.

And Ash in arcade MI2 = yey!
I just hope they fix the game's engine issues before releasing it in the arcade.

So KOF:MI-A is SNKP's T5DR eh? It would be quite boring if it's just the same game with 1 extra character. I am hoping that they consider putting Elisabeth in since she was (though only for a while) in the Another Day shorts.

Well yeah, that was obvious from since we got the first XI details. It IS a canon game and all, and skipping a year really scarred SNK for some reason XP
