so far we know of 2 of his techniques

clearly Cyclop's Optic Blast

And what seems to be Yamazaki's Drill

I hope he has more moves it would be really disappointing to have a president with only one special move and one DM

2nd move looks like the Sadomazo to me. He's even got his tongue out for taunting purposes.
