If I have time I have cereal (Oatmeal Squares, Banana Nut Crunch or Honey Bunches of Oats) or buttered toast.

Most of the time I just end up buying a scone and coffee from the cafe at work, though.

At work I'd have a tea spoon or manuka honey then granola with fat free/skim milk followed a bana and some lukewarm water

Not at work it'd just be tea spoon of honey with apple and banana and maybe two boiled eggs

But a lot of the time I crave a Big Breakfast from McDonalds haha

I get a black coffee, which has the only use of waking me up violently. i don't usually eat anything unless i'm feeling hungry, then i eat some toast-like thingie with honey.

Hmm recently Jack in the Box added to their menu a breakfast bowl and that is my new choice meal to get for breakfast nowadays. It's soOoOoOoOoOo good! I've gotten that + a meaty breakfast burrito to fill me up. :3

+ a Lg. Coke :3
