I've finally started watching Zeta last week!

And localized DVD OPs are god awful!

Are they now? I've only heard the Nipponese OPs. Did they add (gods forbid) lyrics or something? Ditch the trumpets? Do I even want to know?

As fun as Sign of Zeta is, it really reminds you that it is a show from the 80's and it doesn't really fit the tone of the show. The US DVD's intro may not be particularly exciting or interesting, but at least it is classy.

Classic anime just aren't as classic without their classic 80s OP and ED :S

i side with r3v. Original content is best. Puts you in a place where the director wants you to be.

Haven't been watching anime at all lately, too lazy to even download Super Robot Wars OG : Inspector even, I'm just gonna wait until a mate returns my Big O season 1 and 2 and watch that maybe.

I didn't even finish watching Zeta -_- , got bored of it.

Unicorn is looking to be a 6 part run, so yeah, a little bit like f91. ;_; The high-end animation almost makes up for the six-month wait between episodes.
