What do you think SNK could have done to make MI better?

Should've kept the original voices in the U.S. version.

Fixed the wall juggles and the OTGs.

Other than that...can't really think of anything, no.

Hmm, maybe do something with the feel of the game, it's a tad faster than most 3D fighters and that's not entirely enjoyable. I'm not entirely such if that counts as a general improvement or a personal preference though. Besides that I'm with SS, OTGs and Wall Bounce were the main issues. Maybe explore on the extra modes besides the missions...

Did MI have the same voice actors in the Japanese versions that previous KOFs had for the same characters?

all of what's been mentioned, plus I think rolling/sidestepping could be enhanced (more distance on sidesteps, actually passing thru opponent with roll), especially for the coin collecting missions. Also, I think the super moves tend to be way too powerful for how easy it is to combo into them.

And does anyone else out there just hate stylish moves in general?

The stylish moves are cool, if they didn't have it, imagine how crappy the game would be....it's there to give it more of a 3Dish feel, that's what i think.
