This topic is to talk about MI2's mission mode and to get translation help from others for those who are stuck like I am.

Since I suck at J-fu, I'm hoping people who can read it can help.

I'm stuck on the Lv 01 "Easy Missions" Mission #04. It says to do something 3 times that involves Sidestepping, but no matter how many Sidesteps I've done I've yet to get a single credit for it. No matter how awesome it is to look at "unsupported" Yuri now, I'm getting sick of being stuck on this mission, since this is the only one I got left of the Level 1s.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Ah, this is what I've been waiting for. I second this, stuck on the very same mission, I just don't know what the fuck the game is asking me to do...

Just sidestep attacks. Every char either uses P or K to my knowledge right after a sidestep to do one.

Full easy mission guide available on gfaqs and CX. And yeh, that mission is do a sidestep attack, so sidestep and attack, it has to be the specific special sidestep attack, not sidestep into a regular hit.

Wait till you dothe hard missions...f'king hell...

It's like the easy missions, w/ slightly harder conditions, and your character is selected for you...The latter part shits me to no end...

Speaking of the hard missions, any tips for hard mission 04-07 and so on? I'm stuck and I'm trying to go in order, I don't want to skip it :p
Most of the easy missions besides the sidestep attack one and a few others are pretty intuite though.

4-7 you just have to KO with Iori's lvl 3 super.

7-5 is the other one commonly discussed yet no solution given. You have to KO in 30secs with attacks on a downed opponent being the only thing that does damage. Activate Iori's powerup super and d+K * n. If you run out of super just do one of the chains ending with d+K then do another d+K, these chains can't be rolled from and the d+K is the best grounded damage he has.

If there are other mission problems I can answer them I guess....

I'm having a hell of a time on easy missions 8-10, 9-10 and 10-10 as well as the "beat K' twice in 30 secs. mission". Any advice?
