Got her last night.She's pretty much Billy minus the counters.Replacing the counters are 2 vault like moves,one where she looks like she's going to vault up and attack but falls straight on her butt(lol) and the other is from the stylish art where she spins and kicks while balancing on her staff.

Her is a bit different from Billy's because you can float in the air by inputting a command(she spins her staff like a helicopter XD)then you can follow that up by pressing either punch and she'll slam her cane downward.

Her version of Billy's flame wheel is also different,there's no flames.Instead she uses wind.Her lvl 3 is Billy's hsdm super counter only it does WTF dmg.
