The level 2,Gravitational Wave messes up the opponents controls and buttons like Seth's lvl 3.

I believe all it does is swap punch for kick and vice versa. Duke's generally much like his MI1 self plus new, nastier moves. Quite nice for mission mode, specially the extra ones.

sorry for the double post
