He seems to be more like his earlier KOF incarnations, with the Fire Kick, Power Drive and 1-hit Power Charge.

He plays the most 2d imo.
+C,C has Terry do his old f+A hatchet blow, nice touch.
Power Wave is classic pre MOTW style, A button travels, C button is Round wave, supercancellable.
Power Dunk is kinda like XI style, B button starts VERY close to the ground and can even OTG, combos off practically anything. D button goes extremely high and is great for punking someone out of the air.
Crack Shoot is pretty standard, B button will combo, D button overheads.
Burn knuckle works the same way they do in classic KOF, nothing to write home here. C button ver tho has the delay, then it shoots forward EXTREMELY damn fast. Very unlike 2d vers where it's a delay then a standard speed.
Power Drive/Shoot are the moves only ever used once in KOF99, shame. But they're back and they rock. Both combo off single hits or any stylish that allows juggling. Supercancellable off 1st or 2nd hit, but you're best doing it off 1st.
Power geyser is good damage, good anti air. A button ver single, C button ver takes 2 stocks and Triple.
High Angle Geyser is back, combos off most chains or single hits, but damage isn't really spectacular. Tho Terry FINALLY actually yells 'high angle' this time rather than 'OH MY SHIT'
MAX DM or 3 stock move is the Buster Wolf. Extremely comboable but meh, doesn't look as good as it only hits twice now, fist, then BAM, flash. Damage is BIG tho.
