I always wondered about something and that is why do people have pages when they don't even reply back to like anyone at all? It's like they just accept people and let them be. Especially women.

;) : "Hey wassup man"
D: : "..."
:) : "Have a nice day"
D: : "..."
wow : "Wow you're so hot!"
D: : "..."
asss : "Hey you, why don't you ever respond to my messages you ass?"
D: : "..."

Anyways my humour aside I believe this can relate to AW's thread about gamer friendslists ... they just randomly add you and you don't really think twice about it ... just another person to further prove that you have a big long fat e-peen hahahahaha

Just because you know them doesn't mean that they aren't H Bots that want to molest you.

according to something I read, women value the attention and friend numbers on social networking sites much more than men. I would say teens and women all fall into the same category - epeen - want higher friend numbers, but don't actually want to chat to you. However, they do like the attention, regardless of whether they answer or not.

Wait...everything you said can be summed up in one word......but it escapes me at the moment. Hold on, I'm visualizing it now....right.....ah, "bitch".

This is exactly what I had in mind but I just didn't want to say it whether to see if you guys see eye to eye with me or not. Oh I notice that the person actually does reply to me but when I'm online at the same time as them. But the creepy thing is that I was only on for a few mins and then they sent me a reply. I highly doubt they'd refresh their page rapidly in those matter of minutes so see who was online. I guess it's coincidence.

But yeah, I hate those girls who try to from some kind of fanclub and never EVER reply to anyone and just advertise shit on their headers. Guys who spam girls with dirty and obsessive messages and pics suck too.

It's like collecting Pokemon to some of them, but with actual people instead on the internet.

"Hey guys, I got 100 new friends on my Facebook!"

"Oh yeah? Well I got 200 friends! And they're of different races too!"

In Pokemon, all those collected Pokemon aren't used for battle, they're just kept in their Pokeballs and be another Pokemon in the list. This is exactly the same case in most social networking sites and the whole "freinding for no good reason" thing.

I use these sites to keep in touch with old friends and not much else. Never quite understood the appeal of using them to meet new people online...

Especially since you get people who just add you for no reason and then never say a word to you afterwards. I guess it's like a sort of e-penis contest or something.

Lol, i never knew some people take it to that level. ^^ I'm with SS on this one, one of the main reasons for having a social networking account is to hook up with my former classmates, schoolmates, friends and some relatives.
