Some weeks ago I bought my PS3 and (incredibly) I've used it most of the time to play. But I also wanna take advantage of its BD capacities, so I already bought my first BD movie (2001: Space Odyssey).

What other stuff should I buy in BD format? And I mean stuff that can only be fully appreciated in HD and it's ALSO good.

have you got a HD TV? Is it 1080p?

If not, system restore your life and come and ask us before you buy a tv and console.

Don't buy Frank Miller's The 300. There's a stupid filter over the whole film and it's kinda pointless.

To appreciate HD, I'd go with ST's suggestion. Or a really new animated/ CGI movie. Transformers, even.

I have a LCD screen. It supports 720p and 1080i (1080p TVs were out of my possibilities).
