I'm still debating on whether I should go or not. But there's a 75% chance that I will make it. Because, well, DAISUKE ISHIWATARI.

Also, I wanna try something fun. I'm giving you guys the chance to pick a character, any character, from any series you want. I shall choose the best suggestion out of all of them, and I will try my very best to make the costume and cosplay that character at Anime Expo.
Please be somewhat serious about making your suggestion. And it's probably wise not to suggest a character from a series so obscure that even I haven't heard of it. If none of the choices sounds appealing to me, then I simply won't do it. :V

So my fellow ON'ers, WHOM DO YOU WANT ME TO COSPLAY?

And don't worry; I've already got something planned for my inevitable meeting with Daisuke Ishiwatari. (Hint: it's Millia Rage.)

As for your regular cosplay...umm, are you following the Basara anime? Go for Yukimura.

I second this rec for the following reasons:

1) If you brought a second pair of pants you could technically cosplay as both Bad Dudes
2) They're bad
3) If your costume is convincing enough there's a chance a President Ronnie cosplayer might buy you a burger
