Do you pick your nose?

I pick my nose religiously. I dunno why, but especially upon waking up in the morning, my nose feels really clogged and I pick it like a fiend. Even if I wanted to, I wouldn't be able to sleep 10-12 hours consecutively, I'd have to wake up at around the 8 hour mark to pick my nose because it gets hard to breath. Also, after eating spicy food, my nose starts to run and I pick it clean. When I shower, I always take it as an opportunity to clean out my nose, since it's easier to get out the snot when its wet.

I wonder if it's normal for me to have so much snot/blocked nose all the time. I have a typical short, flat asian nose so maybe that's why it's easier for crap to accumulate up there?

So do you pick your nose? Out of habit/necessity/convenience? How often?

Seriously though, yeah, nose picking is a bit of a bad habit of mine, especially when my nose feels a bit irritated.

I generally blow my nose while in the shower so that it's went and moist and easy to extract. Sometimes it solidifies and I can feel it when I squeeze my nose randomly and might just get a tissue to "conceal" it and leave it in the tissue and discard ... truly a ninja hahaha

As soon as I feel anything in my nose, it's getting removed asap, even if the gf is watching, horrified

I can't bring myself into picking my nose in public, i'd go to the comfort room and do it inside a cubicle if i had the option to.

Most of the time at home i just pick, put it on a piece of tissue and throw it.
