I'm in the middle of my first semester of law school. Some of you know this, some of you don't.
So I was doing an in-class assignment for Legal Research class, looking up various cases on WestLaw to verify whether they have any negative history. And guess what was listed in the assignment sheet:
SNK Corp. of America v. Atlus Dream Entertainment Co., Ltd., 188 F.R.D. 566 (N.D.Cal. 1999).
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
My Legal Research professor is now officially the most awesome law professor in ZA WAARUDO.
Maybe I should look up Capcom while I'm at it

Basically, I guess Atlus sued SNK for patent infringement over their photo sticker booths, but later dropped the suit. And then SNK sued Atlus for the costs they spent to defend themselves from the first suit. But don't quote me on that, I just skimmed through the case. I'll have to take another look at it.
