I like K-ON! and Guin Saga so far. I've seen a lot more but they're all pretty meh.

So yeah I got DB Kai ... FMA2 ... Sengoku ... those I'm definitely going to stick ... will see how Valk and Tears go for now

I feared adaptation decay for Guin Saga, but I loved episode 1. I checked the raw of episode 2 out of curiosity (I have read the books anyway) and saw this:

Guin showing King a thing or two about badasses with feral/big cat masks.

Quick one sentences thoughts of the shows I watched so far:

K-ON: Cute, funny and charming.
Guin: Has a manly leopardman, awesome music, beautiful scenery and an interesting setting.
Eden of the East: Awesome Oasis OP and the story might be good enough if they pulled it off right, plus has one of the most bizarre police identification scenes yet seen.
Valkryia: Another one that I liked because of the setting and the fact that Alicia and Welkin may make a good couple.
Basara: Almost as crazy as the games are, including the humor, but needs a bit better animation.
Hatsukoi: Exactly like the manga.
FMA2: Starting off great, episode 2 especially improves upon the older series with being more powerful and dramatic, despite going fast through the manga, apparently.
Ristorante Paradiso: It's a decent slice of life series starring a girl and... a bunch of geezers.
DB Kai: Exactly like the older series, but more condensed and a bit cleaner.
Chi: Awwwwww still cute!

Only Shin Mazinger Z remains in the list that I've yet to watch.
