So, this is the best new year's day ever. Since my brother moved out, this is the first time my house isn't stagnant with vodka and vomit.

For the new year I hope to live through this next semester where I will be working two days a week and have classes for four. You know, having only one day off a week is a bitch. Also I'd like to get to know some people whose lives don't revolve around getting wasted.

Okay... now that i have the hung over on my head (not that hard... just the outcome of having the composite mix of rum, tequila, anise and whisky flowing in my veins) and i'm enjoying the aftermath of my lil' party in here, then i'll state the feedback of 2006 and what's coming for 2007.

Feedback 2006:

- 1 more year of making my life in this city by my own.
- February of 2006 went to Japan and had one of the most wodnerful experiences down there.. coming from serious problems into having a solid friendships and grateful experiences in that country.
- Finished a relationship with someone special... but in the end marked my return as a free man again.
- Bought a PSP.
- I've been working in a company that, even it's a small company, have pushed up a lot my career as teacher.
- Had one of the hardest summers of my life
- Returned to play Tekken competitivelly. Gameplay skills returned with higher stakes.
- Have met awesome people in this year.
- Started to learn mandarin now mroe seriously (not loose words or terms, but finally learning it as it should be).
- Grew a lot as a man, a teacher, as a lover, as a gamer...

What's coming for 2007 (wishes):

- Return to arts again... but i need the inspiration of the ol'days. A hard wish to accomplish.
- Return to play KOF competetvelly again. Stopped playing for a long time.
- Finish this scholar year with more respect and prestige as a teacher.
- Learn cantonese as well. Finish the basic of mandarin to be able to speak a decent conversation with local people.
- Make some business as i'm running my work as teacher.
- Hone more my dancing skills.
- Travel to Mexico... if i have the cash.
- Remain myself single. Having serious relationship again? No FUCKING way!
- And finally... if everything ends well here in GZ, I might fulfull my dream: LIVE IN JAPAN!!

Well... to cut short a long story, I'm going to ToA because of the Devil May Cry fanfilm I've participate in (playing the role of Dante). After some talk with the con staff, we've aranged to have our premiere there, since the guys that made the motion capture and voice acting for DMC3 and DMC4 will be there as well. BTW, still not confirmed, but I might end up actually being a special guest... that should be fun :B

I did go to the first Tales of Anime, but that's because I also had other things to do in San Francisco at the time. I'm not entirely sure it's big enough to justify spending money to fly there when I'm also going to Fanime.

Yeah, so I heard.. I dunno why ToA and DMC go together as well, but since they're having Reuben Langdon and Dan Southworth there, might as well call it the DMC con...

Anyway, I consider it more of a bussiness trip

I know that ToA is big on Yaoi, I've been warned... I think I'll be able to hold against the huge gheyness that's in San Francisco...
