CALVIN & HOBBES.
Your internet will be shipped FedEx, same day delivery.

I couldn't finish Civil War, too many delayed releases. I ended up not finishing it. ES (aka Tardzilla) told me the ending left much to be desired anyway.

I prefered to read Marvel Zombies instead. And I'm tempted in buying the hard-cover edition.

And Infinite Crisis dissapointed me, when I noticed Superboy' suddenly became Emoboy Prime SSJ5.

Yeah, Marvel Zombies was good. Ruins was good, in a depressing, fucked up way.

Yeah, as well as Garfield and Mafalda (iono if it's known outside Latinamerica XD).

... for some reason I never liked the Peanuts strips.

I dunno - Garfield has been going rather stale the last few years - to the point that internet edits of the comics are funnier than the comic itself.

I liked Beetle Bailey and Hagar the Horrible when it comes to newspaper comics. Oh, and Dilbert isn't bad either.

I don't buy comics but a friend of mine is mad into them and I'll read some of his stuff from time to time. Impressions:

- Civil War was awful - it just seemed so anticlimatic

- Marvel Zombie was okay, I guess. Personally I think the best part of any zombie story is the outbreak and things were pretty well along when MZ started. Plus I can't get used to talking zombies

The only regular series I read is Powers - I really like the writing and overall concept. I'm not so sure about the current direction it's taking but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. All and all good stuff
