Very good quality footage, gives you a very good idea of what the game is like since the players obviously have some idea of what they're doing.

Instead of Chonshu, this weeks video on the SNKP website is for Akari.

Short analysis:

- She lost her character copy move.
- Her air d + kick now has 3 followups after the hit
- She still has her regular repels along with the Juzoh one
- Her HCB,HCB + P SDM has guest apperances by Mr.Karate, Earthquake, KusareGedo and the infamous Todoh. Funny.

Info from rodimus donut from house of shingo bbs...

Anyways I only played twice first with Geese and Moriya, then with Fuma and Mr. Karate. One of the cool features is the camera moves back once you and your opponent put distance between each other (Like Samurai Showdown.) The Tag system is in, and you can also do Tag DMs but I'm not sure how to do them. All the new characters are nicely animated and it's still not Hi-Res but NGBC has a crisp look by making the pixel edges smoothed out.

It plays like KOF to a degree, theirs no running only dashing, no rolling, no CD attack, and grabing is done like in SVC Chaos by pressing AB or CD. The long and short jumps are in and the combos seem to work like KOF. It defintly doesn't play like SVC Chaos if that's what you wanna know.

long and short jumps? reeeealllly... can someone else confirm this? i dun remmber this game having short jumps. and the infos seems a bit flawed

Yeah....and there definitely IS running in the game, and throws are only done by C+D...A+B is used for tactical step.

Most likely there's not short jump, none was featured in the vids.
Anyway it looks pretty nice, and it seems solid enough.
I think the guard step has less invincibility? May be wrong, as i don't have any clear memories of svc anymore.

It does look that way, since I saw a LOT of guard steps being stuffed by something or the other, like Washizuka's QCB+A, Washizuka's DM, etc. Then again, it could just be a matter of timing.
