Did you misunderstand me or did I misread you?

When YOU play as Benimaru and do a

+B then YOU (Benimaru) have frame advantage (at least i think so) and the opponent should NOT be able to stick out any move because he has too few frames left, it seems. This (I suppose) could lead to a nice throw setup for Benimaru to throw the opp.

Did we understand each other correctly now?

YEP.
This is the Best benimaru since KOF '98.... I still think he needs his Electrigger back.
