Kyo VS Ex-Kyo

Well, I've said I've always wanted to see a toss-up between EX and XI Kyo, and I got my wish. Thank goodness SNKP had the sense to only do this with the PS2 version. Granted, I love the NGBC Kyo for sheer fun factor. He's arguably the most fun I've had with Kyo EVER, but even in NGBC there were already plenty of reasons that was making him broken, just that in NGBC plenty of characters had some retarded high damage combos that were ridiculously easy to do that NGBC Kyo didn't seem all that broken. Dump him in XI however, and all that imbalance shows. I'd say NGBC Kyo is perhaps the best version of Kyo ever, but XI Kyo is by far the best and most balanced version of Kyo in any KOF game.
