OK people, I've posted up an early version of the KOF XI movelist/guide in GameFAQs. It's still incomplete, and I don't get the chance to play XI very much nowadays, so any corrections would be welcome.
To do list
- Finish Momoko's move descriptions. (Could use some help here, I'm terrible with Momoko)
- Add in cancel charts.
- Write up system notes
- Write up moves properties glossary.
I won't have time to really work on the guide for now, but if there's any major boo boos that I've made, please correct me so I can post a quick fix ASAP. Thanks!

A few corrections:
- Quick Emergency Evade costs 1 skill gauge, not 1 stock
- I'm pretty sure the D version of Ash' Nivose also combos from light attacks.
- Oswald's "10" can be cancelled out of without cancelling into it.
- K's standind D animation is new too.
- You should probably mention that his Knee Assault is cancellable without being cancelled into.
- The C version of Crow Bites is also SCable.
