Wonder if the sprites are still upscaled (lol) or if they've gone 100% HD for this one.

It definitely looks 100% HD to me, and I dare say that those sprites already look better than BlazBlue's. Let's just hope they're animated well...

Of course, graphics aren't everything, so I'm looking forward to seeing it in action.

Haha this game looks like a version of Blazblue or something , but I actually am interested in this unlike that game. I like the roster and the way the game looks , curious to see if it's coming here and what not. Interesting stuff.

It's still got that "Magic Circuit"-esque meter from the last trailer I've watched. I may be wrong, but Under Night might be a "spiritual successor" of sorts to the Melty Blood series, probably with updated game mechanics, etc. That's not necessarily a bad thing, mind you. I like Melty Blood for what it is, but I generally tend to be god-awful at all of these "new-school" fighting games.
