The MVP for these matches needs to fall into that Griffon player. Unlike KoF2003 and XI the Griffon is quite damn hard to use here and that player manages to get quite some entertaining wins against players of a similar skill level using diverse tactics and direct a approach (kinda like how that Jae Hoon player racked up fun wins just some posts above this).
That Grant was boring. The staple Terry cheese that followed was much better, as Terry's take on the mandatory "main character literally unicellular simplicity level" of fighting is much more interesting than other main characters (take that Rock).
I'm a Mana spring fairy.... of evil. Acho has recent battles for Last bade too (uploaded on the same day), so click the channel and browse to see them; just search for the name of the game 月華の剣士
I noticed that the thread is called Acho casuals.... Yet pretty much every vid in here is a tournament, hyo hyo hyo.

Acho kyoto (another channel that goes by Zero Japan something) uploaded a vid for their SNK festival.
Kansai preliminars? Well, if I had to judge, the player with the best fighting sense here and thus the one who was the best watch was that green palette Gato player, he used the character aggressively, knew the necessary tricks and had creativity coupled with cheese. It helps that Gato isn't boring to see here (not like XI) and it also not stupidly overpowered (like in XI) and doesn't look pixelated like hell and animates badly (like in XI) and has decent color palettes (you got the point already, ha?), those Dong Hwan & Terry scrubs had some charm to it, but in the end they had certain, should we say... bad manners inbuilt in their playing styles; this was more evident with Dong Hwan, as the player had some good ideas, but inherently built his game with the idea of "time over", meh.
Current uploads also have 3rd strike vids, last blade 2 and I don't know what else. I should say that the previous vids posted are actually more interesting.
Also I should mention, I cared enough to borrow Garou on the ps2 and it actually looks pretty good upscaled with progressive scan on, the overall look is better than 2k2UM
I kinda noticed after browsing nico nico for long, but really A-cho is like, the place for high level mow matches. From the whole places that I have seen the only ones that also kinda play a decent game are in Yamaguchi prefecture (mainly 777) and Alpha Station arcade in Tokyo, everyone else kinda plays a "so so" or "kinda so so" game.
So, since A-cho has left us starving, here are some OT Alpha station matches :
The matches are kinda like personal 1 on 1 challenge between the players, and they don't switch characters; thus we have roughly 30 mins a piece of Jae Hoon vs Hotaru, Jae Hoon vs Jae Hoon (much more interesting than what it sounds) and finally and probably the best, Jae Hoon vs Kevin.
