my ps3 died so I switched to xbl

found a few friends on 3 bars and had a couple of matches- it was ok! quite playable! Not great, dropped a BC combo I would normally never, and I still think you are playing blind to a point, relying on autopilot rather than hit confirm, but it's fun hohoho

If all the 3 bars on xbl, then that's where I'll stay.

Apparently, we can expect heidern, adelheid and shion has a DLC near future... of course, the characters are already in the DVD... the DLC will be like a "key activation" just like Iori of Flames, NESTS Kyo and Mr. Karate.

Whatever this is, they are not on disc, people have already extracted all the sprites(including the unreleased DLC chars) and there wasn't anything of the likes.

This was posted at MMCafe a while ago, and the consensus was that they refer to the scripts that load the dialogue/artwork for story scenes and not to any new characters.

I have been trying to learn Duo Lon but I feel like I don't have the dexterity yet. His first trial annoys the crap out of me because I don't like most trials that have low mash light attack into combo. That's not how I play this game maybe I should play like that. Besides, I use Mature and learning more rekkas just doesn't feel right.

I made a vid of me practicing with Leona. Man I suck, but hey it's worth sucking now so I can be good later.

Why am i so awful at everything

what's the easiest character in term of execution? To get better acquainted with the game more than anything, without getting pummelled too much in the meantime.

I think you should use the characters you like and practice basic combos with them, as well knowing the best normal moves or special moves to counter your enemy's attempts of moving and hitting you

Anyway, if you really want to use characters "easier" to learn how to play, I think they are the ones who doesn't have important combos to achieve damage, and can push every time while keep distance

Some characters like those could be Athena, Ryo, with short normal combos, projectiles and dragon-punches, but honestly I don't like to play like that
What characters do you use? Maybe I can give you some list of easy combos or help you on your gameplay using them =$

I don't think any character is "easy". You just have to grind the combos until you get it. After you do it enough they become second nature.

Only character I can say who might be good to start with is Maxima. Though I haven't tried him much, I only say this because he is so slow. Also maybe try out Terry, he's pretty basic.
