Personally I would like it if they could get the selectable characters to 40 or something (even including edits such as XIII Iori -> Flamming Iori), I know it's pretty unlikely, but having for about twice the characters than the previously (criticized) could be a nice hook up line to the game.

Hmmm... The voice has a lot of extra voice samples (like K' going "Don't fuck with me" if you don't roll recover).... If those are previously recorded voices, then there is nothing to fret about... Now, if those are "newly" recorded for the console port, then the chance of having voiced event movies wouldn't be cero... That's, well, nothing but speculation at that point.
