You mean Kingdom Hearts Versus Edition? lol

I got Assassin's Creed Bloodlines free with my PSP...not really interested in JRPGs to be honest. VCII I might check out, but only once I've beaten VC1 on my PS3.

MGS Peace Walker is definitely on my list...I understand some of the Capcom remakes (MMPU, Maverick Hunter X) are quite good as well.

I may snag BBCS2 if only because that's the only way to play the damn game outside Japan at this point

There a lot of good remakes for the system. I highly recommend Powered Up, Maverick Hunter X, Dracula X Chronicles, and Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions. I haven't played it because my PSP is currently under the weather, but I hear Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together is also really good. I'm sure you'll have people trying to talk you into playing whatever the latest Phantasy Star Portable is, and possibly a Monster Hunter, but those all depend on whether you have friends you can play with.

I really like Pangya on the PSP. It doesn't have as many courses as its MMO counter part, but it does have more characters :)

I bought Dracula X Chronicles, and it has shown me how much I've been spoiled by Metroidvanias. Stage 2 and I'm almost dead before I even enter the damn house, wtf.

It is fun though! I'm starting to see why people pine for classic CV.

Tried out the Phantasy Star Portable 2 demo and was quite impressed. It is the true sequel to PSO, never mind all that Universe nonsense. Only thing is it's already out of date, what with PSP2 Infinity now being out in Japan.

I also played the Peace Walker demo, and failed at stealth so badly that I had to gun down all the soldiers in the opening area. Whatever works I guess...they've done a decent job of cramming as much MGS functionality they could onto that control scheme though, so hats off to them. I'll be buying this further down the line.

Is Portable Ops worth a look?

Portable Ops was okay. Peace Walker blows it out of the water when it comes to controls, so I don't think it would be easy to go back to it. Don't bother with Portable Ops Plus unless you really get into the online versus (you won't) because it doesn't have the story mode of Portable Ops. AC!D was weird, but kinda neat, so if you can pick it or it's sequel on the cheap I'd say try it out.

DJ Max! You can play it for a few minutes and then turn it off, like while taking a shit or something. ;)

I liked AC!D as well, but just to avoid misrepresenting the appeal, I should mention that it's turn-based Metal Gear. Not action.
