I agree.....

If they made them like months down the track fair enough but not before the game is even released and no doubt that arent going to be free. It ridiculous how DLC works now.

It's not such a devious thing; DLC always has to be planned several months in advance. I don't know why they're announcing them this soon, but this doesn't mean they're coming out right away. I don't even see a date in there anywhere.

DLC usually comes about 6 months after the intial release

Actually that depends on size of the DLC and what time of year it is.

well it's that time frame. developers usually want players to have enough time with the product before they release DLC

Kenshi is one of the 3D era characters I liked (even though he's a little Ermacish to me)..glad to see he's in, and 'Scarlett' aka Elektra could be interesting.

I've preordered the Kollector's Edition and even got the hardback copy of the strategy guide. Like my friend told me, I have the 'Kombat Kit'. Didn't realize I'd be that excited for this game.

Seeing MK come back next to SF makes me wonder what else could become rejuvenated.
Although I never was a hardcore MK-ite, I did enjoy the character designs, they were unlike any other series. (ever)

But I wonder if MK's team has been keeping eyes on more competition.
