This is LordBBH of SRK playing with a friend. I've been playing this game a fair bit recently, and it's dope.
Don't let the digitised sprites put you off, because honestly, this game is FAR more playable than Mortal Kombat (and I love MK - MKII and UMK3 ftw!
)The game was made by a now dead game company in Japan called Kaneko in 1995. It was made around the same time as Jackie Chan was shooting some other movie. The game itself is more of a 'Champion Edition' kind of sequel to another game called Jackie Chan - The Kung Fu Master. When the original was developed, the three Jackie Chans were unplayable bosses. But don't worry, in JC2, the three Jackies are selectable right from the character select screen!
Indeed, there are three Jackie Chans to pick from, amongst the other 6 or 7 characters.
"Project A" Jackie, "Drunken Master" Jackie, and "Spiritual Kung Fu" Jackie (affectionately known as Shitty Jackie).
The game uses an SNK layout - LP, LK, HP, HK. Let's just call them A, B, C, and D for future reference. Combos are ridiculously easy to pull off in this game, and require next to no skill. What you will notice is that the jumps are terrible in this game. You thought the jumps in SFIV were floaty? Well, this game is just ridiculous. On the plus side, the ground dashes are AWESOME. They cover a HUEG (misspelling intentional to emphasise how HUEG they are) amount of ground, and can by cancelled at any time, and into anything.
Unfortunately, it's Mame-only, so I can't give links or anything here. Google is your friend, or if you're desperate, email me.

Jackie 8 is Andy.
