Do these make sense?

Almost. Unfortunately both マサターベシオン (I'm assuming you're trying to say Masturbation... 1. I think the is more correctly written as マスターベション and 2. The Japanese term for it is オナニー) and ファック (not ファク) are nouns, not verbs, so you have to pair them with the suru/yaru verb, i.e.

わたしはオナニーしたことがある
and
シンくんをファックしたことがない

(I'm assuming you mean Cin in the second sentence)

したis past tense of the verb する,which is the basic verb "to do". やるis its close equivalent. They're almost interchangeable, except that やる is less polite than する.

をis the particle that marks an object on a sentence - クッキをたべる = Eat a cookie. The をmarks the object the verb (in this case, たべる) acts on.

Shiny - better spelt as シャイニ

cin cookie を eating = cin is eating a cookie?

cin の cookie = cin's cookie?

cin は cookie (add desu?) = cin is a cookie?

Almost 100%.

cin はクッキをたべています。 = Cin is eating a cooking. Note that you have to say who is doing what since, in this case, there's no context. If someone asked "What is Cin eating?" you could just say "A cookie", like in English, as opposed to "Cin is eating a cookie". Also note the "is eating" form of the verb "to eat".

Other than that you're right on the other 2 points.

たべている - to be eating (present continuous form)

Time for numbers. Pain in the ass but maybe it's because I'm cramming up too many numbers into my head. Are these all correct?

I have always wondered just... Just what does プルプル means? I know that for some cases Puru can be used as a name, but my question is more related to the actual... How should I say it? To the actual 畳語 put to use. ( <- That's a good reference site if you can stomach Spanish definitions btw)

The proper context for that one comes from one of Athena's victory poses : もぎたての・・・プルプルよっ!

I have been trying to properly crack that one for a long time...

Supposed to describe a kind of quivering property, like jelly. I guess you could use them to describe bouncing boobies?

ok so i need a new name for my cmv and from my previous ones ive used elements as the theme (wind - goenitz and stone - mukai)

http://kofaniv.snkplaymore.co.jp/englis ... num=magaki

so what would be good translation for magaki powers?

Unless someone has a better idea or character for the cmv?
