Yes, there's a multiplayer co-op demo on PSN right now.

My only experience with LP is the PC version of LP1, and that too only single-player, so I have no idea how multiplayer works out.

I'll say no more apart from the fact that I'll be buying it! Well, I don't know if it has any more depth than blowing up bugs but you've got to give the demo a try, especially with friends online! Level 3 has a little surprise if you thought the first two were pants.

Oh yes and PSN is racist coz Mexico don't have it yet.

It's quite simply a blast to play. I still can't customize things yet but playing online with random folks is fun. You can play single player too, don't get fooled by the co-op that they slapped on the product name. But it's mostly to get a feel of the controls. It does take a little getting used to, but once I knew how things work, it's not a problem.
I think the demo is only on the US/Japan PSN?

In short, it's like Monster Hunter, with guns. And that's a good thing.

Just like every recent game, it should be totaled to about $65 new and $60 used.
