On what basis? As I said, if I'm ranked 2, then a huge amount of 3s will need to be ranked 2.

A lot of those people are haters, but the main reason is because the ranking system is flawed. If you ask random people, they would think rank 3 would have tobe people on the level of Dakou. Hence why I said tehr ankings should be out of 5 or 10.

If somebody would like to update these rankings, feel free! I'm focusing on pushing 2002um and XIII for the moment.

Well, I was playing before GGPO went kaput... again. In fact, I've tried playing today and nothing!

As soon as I got acces to GGPO again, I'll update on the Mexican and Chilean rankings.
