Err I think it's something like this:

Panel 1:
Charlotte: I'm going to fly up there so we can go up!

Panel 4:
Charlotte: If you knew how to do that you should have said so earlier!
Jonathan: Eh?

And the title and noises in the 2nd/3rd pic?

I still don't really understand it though. Jonathan can fly too or something? :S

What Charlotte is saying in the first panel is more naturally translated as "We're going to have to fly to proceed upwards here".

And I'm totally guessing since I don't have the game, but does Johnathan have an air jump ability or something?

EDIT: I don't fully get the title, my best guess is "To fly, or...". Also, the noises in the 2nd and 3rd panel: For Charlotte it's "basa basa", which I guess can be interpreted as the beating of wings. For Johnathon it's "Shuu".

For the 4-koma:

First one:
Title: At first

first 3 panels are all sounds for jumping and stuff, the last panel is Dracula (I guess) watching the screen going "Well, in that situation, you'd jab, you know, jab".

2nd one:
Title: Dracula - sama

First panel
"Well well, my lord Dracula, (it's an honor) for you to come all this way..."

2nd panel
"I'm just on my way back from some grocery shopping"

3rd panel
(Loosely translated)
"I'll treat you to something delicious" (The more formal translation is something like "I'll show you some of my hospitality")

4th Panel
"Are we going to do something like a nabe or what?" (Nabe is a hot pot of soup, meat, veggies, etc if you didn't know)

I'm not really understanding the komas though. Jab as in punch? Not sure how a jab fits with the koma.

I also don't understand the 2nd koma. o.o

Need translations for 7 and 9's title and the entire thing for 8.

7's title is Aishuu, which translates to sorrow, grief, etc.

9's title is Maria suberi, or "Maria slide"

8's title is bakku ten, or "Back flip"

Panel 1:
1st word balloon: My mid-air back flip
2nd: was mastered only after a long period of training

Panel 2:
Rihita, 10 years old

Panel 3:
(Guy backflips to avoid stuff thrown at him)
Word balloon: YOU DAMN PERSIMMON THIEF

Panel 4:
(Guy backflips after he's been noticed peaking in at girls in a bath house)

(I'm not sure about this, but my best guess is: )
"Hey~ There's plenty of space in here!"

The actual phrase is 超余裕じゃん~, which means "There's plenty~!". Plenty of what is supposed to taken from context, and I don't really know the context of the game ;p

4-koma 12:
Title: Shaft-sama
2nd panel:
"Hey, hurry it up! You're holding the rest of us up!"

"But, this guy's so weak..."

3rd panel:
"And if I don't take this seriously I'll get scolded~"
"Aaa, Shaft-sama"

4th panel:
"Just pretend like you got hit and fall down ok?"
"It's already 5pm, so I'm going home"
