My local arcade got NeoGeo Battle Coliseum.

Kaede/Moriya team weeeeeeeeeeeee~

Played a few rounds. The game feels really easy to control, although that might also be in part because the sticks appear to have been loosened a little. I like how the game "feels," though - stuff just comes out and works like you expect it to work, and stuff doesn't fly through your opponent for no logical reason *cough*SvCChaos*cough*

Since we have it on a nice big monitor too, I can finally appreciate how beautiful the game looks. The low-res sprites are still a bit of a turnoff, but they're mostly animated really well and don't stick out from the backgrounds.

I pretty much stuck with Kaede and Moriya. I'm not too happy about the way the single-player game works, but I assume it's to teach you how to play the game properly (double assault frequently to keep your opponent from regenerating, keep tagging out to make sure your life stays high, etc). Fought Mizuchi a couple of times but got raped.

All in all, I like it a lot. I expect both XI and it will get a lot of play from me for months to come

Just got the PS2 version of the game.

It is really hard for me to unlock Goodman.
*uses King Lion/Haohmaru team*

Also, loading times are sllloooowww.
