Two things:
1. UK KOF fan roll call - just post something to show Atlus where you are in the UK and that you're interested in buying KOF XIII. You don't have to be just a KOF fan, you can like other games too.
2. Certain community members were about to bear the cost of buying KOF XIII and then put it in either Funland or Casino.
However, the console release made us reconsider.
What would be the point? We would probably never get our money back, but it's even worse when you consider there's a majority of people who are too busy to go an arcade and just want to play at home. Even if the netcode isn't good enough, we have events like Unlimited Face/off, Orochi Dojo and Ultimate Clash where people can play on console, so why travel and pay for every match at an arcade?
The only pro I can think of is that it's more convenient (for the event organiser) and no worries about cables and stuff - only crappy sticks and those can be fixed by us ourselves!
So.... should we still buy the arcade or just wait for the console release? Btw there's no guarantee at all that Europe will get XIII on Oct 25th...
